- WELCOME TO THE CLWB//
- _Clwb Cinio, meaning 'Dining Club' in Welsh is a group of six Cardiff based pals with a shared passion for cooking and eating. Every month Matt Cox, Stephen Johnson (don't mention the beetroot), Neil Cammies, Gareth Lawton, Nick Machin and Chris Duffy (yes, THAT Chris Duffy!) get together so that one pair can devise a menu and cook for all six. However simple or complicated the dishes ingredients must be seasonal, as organic and as locally sourced as possible and everything must be made from scratch.
